There are several ways. I think that the easiest will be to go via the Tel Aviv central bus station.
If you're in Arlozorov, just take a bus or even better a train to Hagana station, and the central bus station is 5-10 minutes walk from there.
Another option is to post a message on the Olamot forum at the http://www.olamot.org and ask who can give you a lift/ride.
